Today was a major gym day for me.?  I haven??™t been working out as much as I used to but decided it was time I get back into it.?  As you know, I love junk food and ice cream, so if I??™m gonna??™ keep my shape up for you it??™s time to hit the gym hard!?  A lot of you ask what I do to stay in shape but I guess it??™s the typical stuff.?  At least twice a week I workout with light free weights, to keep my self toned.?  I don??™t want to have those flabby arms that keep waving long after you??™ve said good-bye to someone!
